2. Are your products dishwasher safe?
Most of our products are dishwasher safe, but we recommend checking the individual product description for specific care instructions.
3. Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping for select items during checkout. Look for the gift wrap option before placing your order.
4. Can I modify my order after it's been placed?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to modify it. Please email us as soon as possible.
5. How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
6. Do you ship to multiple addresses?
No, each order can only be shipped to one address. To send to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
